At Unleashed Threads, every item is made just for you. That means each shirt is custom printed after you place your order — no mass production, no pre-made inventory. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect color choice.
We want you to love your order, so please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order. If you have questions, we’re happy to help ahead of time!
💥 If there’s an issue with your item:
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
To request a return or exchange for a faulty item:
1. Contact us within 30 days of your purchase
Email: support@unleashedthreads.co
Include: A clear photo showing the issue, A brief explanation, Your order number and contact details.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
If approved, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a return label. Returns are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.

If your order gets lost in transit, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered!
We’re happy to: Send you a replacement at no extra cost, or Issue a full refund.

🌎 Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within the United States.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or accept returns for orders placed outside the U.S.
