UnleashedThreads is a proudly Australian-owned brand creating made-to-order apparel for women who love to run. Our products are designed with purpose and passion — and each one is made especially for you. We currently ship within the USA only.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order through our store.
3. Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are made to order — which means they're created just for you after you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
Please check sizing guides carefully before placing your order.
4. Shipping
We ship within the USA only. Most orders are processed and printed within 2 -3Â business days.
Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 3-7 business days.
Please allow additional time during busy holiday seasons, natural disasters, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays beyond our control.
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll offer either a full refund or a replacement — just let us know.
5. Returns & Exchanges (for Faulty Items Only)
We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help.
To request a return or exchange:
Email us at support@unleashedthreads.co within 30 days of your purchase.
Include:
1. A clear photo of the item showing the issue
2. Your order number
3. A brief description of the problem
4. Your contact details
If the return is approved:
The item must be unused and in new condition
We will cover the cost of return shipping
You may choose a refund or replacement
📦 We do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or change of heart, as each item is custom made.
6. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or full refund.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD.
Taxes and shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before we begin processing your order.
