Items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered due to a fulfillment error on our end are eligible for a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.

We're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect designs ordered by mistake. We encourage all customers to review their order confirmation email carefully before production begins, that's your best opportunity to catch anything that needs changing.
